Another recipe on the way....

Crispy Bhindi Masala

Ingredients:
250 grams Bhindi (lady finger) preferably small in length
2 large onions cut lengthwise
75 grams roasted groundnut (powdered)
75 grams dry coconut (grated)
1 tablespoon oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp dhania powder
½ teaspoon cumin (zeera)
Salt to taste
Coriander for garnishing

Remove both the ends of bhindi & cut it in half lengthwise.
Note: If too long in length, cut into half and then cut length wise

1. Heat oil in a microwave safe dish at 100% power for 1 min.
2. Add “zeera” to the oil and again heat it at 100% power for 40 secs
3. To this, add cut bhindi & onion and cook in microwave at 100% power for 5-6 mins stirring in between.
4. Add all other ingredients mentioned above, except coriander. Mix well and again microwave at 100% power for 3-4 mins.
Note: If you want the bhindi to be more crispier, then microwave it further for 2-3 mins or as per required.
5. Garnish it with fresh coriander.
6. Serve hot with paratha or rice and enjoy the crisp bhindi.
